Order, payment, taxes, shipment and warranty

Orders are handled exclusively via email so that we can recommend the products best suited to your boat and its intended use, and—specifically—its steering actuator. This direct communication also facilitates delivery to buyers—sometimes in remote locations—which is difficult to automate through a standard online store.

If you wish to place an order, please email the following informations to jm@navitop.fr :

  • Your boat size and, most importantly, the actuator model you wish to pair with Pypilot (indicating whether or not you require an output for a clutch control solenoid or solenoid valve),
  • The desired equipment and option(s)
  • Your intra-community VAT number and company name (if applicable)
  • Your name and shipping address to determine shipping costs
  • Your billing address if different from the shipping address
  • Phone number for the carrier
  • Any transport recommendations or specific urgent requirements
We may ask follow-up questions if necessary, then will email you back with avaibility or lead times and quotation with shipping cost.
Please note that availability is guaranteed only if your payment is received within 7 days of the date the quote was sent.

Wait for the email confirming availability and transport details to make the bank transfer.

  • Shipments to the Canary Islands (0%)
  • Shipments to Norway, for which we collect Norwegian VAT (25%) and remit it to the Norwegian tax authorities.

Taxes for delivery to a country outside the European Union

If delivery is to a country outside the EEC, the order is not subject to VAT.

However, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, handling fees, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, etc., required by your country for the import of consumer goods! It is impossible for navitop.fr (the sender) to predict the customs practices or fees applied by your country; therefore, be prepared to pay the full amount of taxes based on the declared value of your order, as well as any customs charges your country's postal service might demand! If you fail to pay the required brokerage fees, customs duties, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc., we will be unable to issue a refund.

For deliveries to the USA, Navitop ships exclusively on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, charging applicable US customs duties and the carrier's DDP surcharge (€5). Please note that the shipment can only be processed once you have provided the recipient's phone number and email address for customs declaration purposes.
