Taxes for delivery to a country outside the European Union
If delivery is to a country outside the EEC, the order is not subject to VAT.
However, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, handling fees, brokerage fees, customs clearance charges, etc., required by your country for the import of consumer goods! It is impossible for navitop.fr (the sender) to predict the customs practices or fees applied by your country; therefore, be prepared to pay the full amount of taxes based on the declared value of your order, as well as any customs charges your country's postal service might demand! If you fail to pay the required brokerage fees, customs duties, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc., we will be unable to issue a refund.
For deliveries to the USA, Navitop ships exclusively on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, charging applicable US customs duties and the carrier's DDP surcharge (€5). Please note that the shipment can only be processed once you have provided the recipient's phone number and email address for customs declaration purposes.
The invoice will be sent to you via email, along with the shipment tracking number.
Acceptance of the offer implies an obligation to pay on the part of the customer, as well as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

We continuously improve the design of our Navitop electronic equipment—without prior notice—enhancing robustness, efficiency, component margins, ease of installation, and resilience against errors, electrical transients, and surges (EMC). Any Navitop component found to be defective under normal use during the warranty period will be replaced, at Navitop's discretion, by shipping a replacement unit or the specific sub-assembly, at no cost to the customer. This warranty excludes failures resulting from abuse, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications or repairs. In no event shall we be held liable for incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, whether arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the equipment correctly, or from defects in materials or workmanship.
