Order, payement, taxes and shipment


If you wish to place an order, please indicate by return email to jm@navitop.fr : 

  • The desired equipment and option(s)
  • Your intra-community VAT number and company name (if applicable)
  • Your name and shipping address to determine shipping costs
  • Your billing address if different from the shipping address
  • Phone number for the carrier
  • Any transport recommendations or specific urgent requirements
We will email you back with avaibility and quotation with shipping cost.

Wait for the email confirming availability and transport details to make the bank transfer.

Upon issuance of the quote, the requested items are reserved for only 7 days pending your payment.
After this period, you must re-verify availability via email before making the payment.
The package will be shipped no later than two business days after receipt of your payment.

Unless we have notified you of an immediate availability issue, the package will normally be shipped no later than two business days after receipt of your payment.
If you are in a hurry, we recommend making an instant transfer and remembering to specify that you require expedited shipping when requesting a quote.

The invoice will be sent to you by email with a copy of the shipping tracking number.

To limit bank fees feel free to use apps like WISE or REVOLUT. it allow you to pay directly in Euros.

After your payment is received in our account, your order will be shipped within one to two business days.

All our payment methods are secure and protected by EU regulations.

Taxes Shipments within the European Union

If you are a private consumer or a business based in France and Europe, you will have to pay VAT (20%) except for exceptions such as the Canary Islands (0%) or Norway for which we collect VAT (25%) which we pay to the Norwegian Treasury

If you are an EU-based company (not in France) that is VAT-registered with a number vérifiable, you are excluded from paying VAT.

Taxes Shipments outside the European Union

VAT does not apply to shipments outside the European Union,  you are responsible for any tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods! There is no way for navitop.fr (the shipper) to predict your country's customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full taxes on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your countries postal system may charge you! If you do not pay the required brokerage fees, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc - we cannot issue any refunds.

Shipping methods Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after the payment is completed.
